Days 30 through 33 of my Dr Floras Colon Cleanse Experiement

Sorry for taking a few days off. with family in town, you know how that goes. I will try to recollect what I can from memory for the past few days. Speaking of which, I think my memory has definitely been improving. I just think of things quicker. For example, when watching jeopardy on tv, I can recall answers quickly now, where before I would know the answer, but couldn’t think of it — know what I mean?

Day 33

Today’s bowel movement is among the most disgusting I’ve yet seen. It had a few of the familiar, blackened, intestinal shapes that I’ve come to expect, but was long and skinny, much longer than anything else I’ve seen in a week or so. I snapped a couple of quick shots and flushed it.

Day 32

Back to work today and an off day from any significant bowel movements. This is the first time in a few days without one and I’m starting to think I might be getting close to being finished. I’ve been doing my best of late to ensure I remain as hydrated as possible. I was well aware of the need to drink enough water with the colon cleanse during the process from reading other peoples’ blogs, but yesterday evening, when my cousin left, she was complaining of her first headache.

I recommended she up her water intake – to at least 8 to 10 glasses per day as I read somewhere, with a minimum of 8 cups a day. Myself, I’ve been drinking about five or six cups a day, but have been making up the difference with decaf tea at night. She told me she was only drinking about three or four and was still drinking soda – which doesn’t really count. That might be the key.

I ran out of the Parasite Cleanse today, so that’s one less thing I need to do each day. I think I called all those buggers in there.

Day 31

Another slightly broken apart, slimy mucoid plaque today, but the result is no different than the last few days. I’m actually starting to grow expectant of my daily bowel movements, knowing that they signal me getting one step closer to the removal of this gunk from my system. They’re definitely getting smaller each day and I’m full of so much energy – I haven’t been this active in years and I have a feeling it will only get better.

I camera picture didn’t come out for some reason. It was all black, so I can’t show it.

Day 30

I hope that I’m getting close to the end of the treatment. I couldn’t resist sharing some of these pictures with my cousin either – they were too telling of the process and she was starting to get really nervous about what the cleanse might do to her – especially since she’s taking it four times a day to accelerate the process.

Day 29 of my Dr Floras Review Experiment

Day 29

It’s Friday again and I have family coming into town tomorrow morning, so I took off work a little earlier than normal to clean the condo. I’m really excited though – I told my cousin about DrFloras and the amazing results I’ve already had (without the images I’m sharing with you….she’ll find out about these soon enough) and she ordered her own DrFloras Colon Cleanse – should have started her treatment two days ago.

I’m excited to talk to her about her results thus far and over the weekend. We can commiserate about the first few days of discomfort and I can give her my own tips for staying healthy throughout the cleansing process. I rather hope that she has been taking care to use the other DrFloras products with the colon cleanse. The probiotics and parasite defense are great products – I’ll have to share with her if she did not pick them up.

I passed another mucoid plaque today. This one was truly grotesque. It’s something I might see Sigourney Weaver rubbing up against as she runs through an alien hive.

Day 28 of my DrFloras Colon Cleanse Review experiment

Day 28

I’m 4 weeks in. For those of you just joining me, I have embarked on a truly amazing journey – the world of colon cleansing.

I am using the DrFloras brand of colon cleanse, and so far it has been awesome. I highly encourage and recommend you give it a try. Here is there website:

http://www.DrFloras.com

and here is why there are different:

http://drfloras.com/why-choose-drfloras.php

Today’s bowel movement was incredibly dark, and much longer, less shaped than the previous few I’ve had. It also managed to stink significantly more than the previous few I’ve passed, setting a new record for the speed at which I was able to take the picture, flush and get out of the bathroom. On the plus side, things are looking great in terms of the parasites. None of the little chunks or the various little white strings I’ve been seeing the last few days. I’m going to order another thing of DrFloras Colon Cleanse today. I’m not out of it yet, but I want to make sure I don’t run out half way there. The results are too astounding thus far.

Day 26 and 27 of my Dr Floras Colon Cleanse Experiment

Day 27

It’s another down day for my bowel movements, but I’m more than okay with that as I relax a bit and just enjoy the positive effects of my new diet and colon cleansing. That said, I am glad I didn’t take the advice I was reading on the Internet about upping the dosage to more times a day. So far, I’ve felt great and don’t know how well my body would respond to a more intense cleansing, especially with my schedule.

I’ve also noticed a few more of the white stringy things in my regular stool. I think now that I really am passing through a great deal of parasites and though I’m glad they’re being expelled, I’m incredibly disgusted by just how many are there.

Day 26

Today, I made it through a full day of work without so much as a hiccup in my stomach and my bowel movements were both regular and seemingly healthy. I have been eating so much better lately too. With the exception of Friday’s little hiccup, I’ve been eating a nearly fat free, high fruits and vegetables diet and have almost completely stopped drinking caffeine.

It’s incredible how much better I feel on an almost daily basis without all of that junk in my body and with the weight I’ve lost – oh did I mention that. I’m up to 15 pounds now. It’s still coming off! I’m working more than ever, but my body is feeling great and even when I don’t get enough sleep, things are working like they should. It’s funny – I don’t know that I realized the human body could be this resilient.

Day 25 of my Dr Floras Colon Cleansing experiment

Day 25

Today, when I left work, I thought I had a minor upset stomach. When I got home, it turned out to be another mucoid plaque passing through my body and what a piece of work this one was. It almost looked yellowish and surrounding it were tiny little white string things that didnt show up in the photo real well (could they be worms?). It was by far the most uncomfortable bowel movement I’ve had since I started taking the colon cleanse, but afterwards, If felt wonderful. I sat back and started relaxing almost immediately. It’s hard to explain – but when your body starts to feel almost clean and empty, there’s no sensation quite like it. It’s truly astounding.

Day 24 of my Dr Floras Colon Cleanse Experiment

Day 24

No mucoid plaque again today, but I think I might start to experience more of a steady breakup like this over the next few days and I’m more than okay with that. I actually don’t know how much more could be inside of me at the moment. I will say that I’m glad that I picked up the cleanse enhancer and probiotics with the colon cleanse and am taking them every night as a supplement to my morning colon cleanse. The one thing I was most worried about was headaches and fatigue. I can’t afford to be physically ill when I go to work each day, and so far, with the exception of the headache I had the other day, I’ve felt great.

Day 22 and 23 of my Dr Floras Colon Cleanse Experiment

Day 23

It’s the weekend and I’m feeling back on track, not that I was ever off track. I woke up today at a normal time and ate breakfast and jogged for a half mile – that’s right, I’ve started throwing in a little extra exercise with my new diet and colon cleanse to see how I fare. I made sure to start small to keep from getting fatigued (my sister tells stories about running three miles from the start and burning out in less than a week).

After I got back and took my colon cleanse, I relaxed and watched a little television before I planned to go to the park and see my niece and nephew. Before I left though, I passed another mucoid plaque, this one a little darker and a little more solid than the previous pair. It still looks smooth and almost pliant, like pieces of my body are sloughing off from the inside, and the smell…oh the smell. I can’t imagine a stench any worse than the sickly odor that comes from the bathroom after I pass these things. I don’t know what else I can say – you would simply have to experience it for yourself, but you can tell this has been in there for years.

Look at this monster -- this mucoid plaque is my best work yet ;-)

Look at this monster -- this mucoid plaque is my best work yet ;-)

Day 22

Another day without a mucoid plaque and work was less than relaxing today as I was forced to stay late until almost 10pm on a conference call to a firm in Pittsburgh. Not only did I only have one bowel movement today, it was not nearly as satisfying or as complete as I would have hoped, and the take out my assistant brought to me for dinner was exactly the kind of food I’ve been trying so hard to get away from.

I don’t want to be too hard on myself – you can’t be perfect all the time – and I’m kind of glad I was not stuck at work with a mucoid plaque bowel movement.

Oh, I am up to 7 pills per day with the Parasite Defense. My stomach feels fine, and other than having to take the 7 pills in 3 separate swallows, all is good.

Day 21 of my DrFloras Colon Cleanse Experiment

Day 21

My joke yesterday about losing weight turned out to be as close to the truth as I could have gotten. I weighed myself today (not something I try to do all that often…it is usually not the most pleasing activity) and was not just shocked but was dumbfounded to find that I had managed to drop over 12 pounds in the three weeks since I started taking the colon cleanse.

Let me just be clear here. I’ve been on a lot of diets, and I’ve never been a fan nor reacted very well to them, but this cleansing process has already managed to take off more than 12 pounds and I feel wonderful. I didn’t pass any mucoid plaque today, but I had two regular bowel movements and my head feels great.

Day 20 of my Dr Floras Colon Cleanse review experiment

Day 20

I woke up early this morning – about three hours before I normally do and had a horrible headache. I’m not sure if it was the colon cleanse or if I’m just starting to feel the stress of work – it’s been a rough last couple of weeks, but after I had eaten breakfast and was getting ready to take my colon cleanse for the day, I had a sudden and seemingly unexpected urge to pass a stool.

The result was the largest and most complete mucoid I’ve ever seen, even when comparing them to ones I saw on other peoples’ blogs. It was not only large, it was incredibly thick and looked as though part of my intestines had sloughed off and deposited from within my body. I not only felt better for the rest of the day, I felt as though I weighed two or three pounds lighter.

Day 2 through 19 of my Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse Experiment

Sorry I took so many days off without posting, but work has had me running around like a mad person. So I am going to now catch you up on the past 2 weeks.

*** Technically, it’s day 19 for me since I started the program almost a week before I started this blog, so if it’s a bit confusing, I am sorry.

Let me catch you up on these past 19 days. I promise I will try to be more diligent about posting on a daily basis from now on.

For the first week, I didn’t see anything that remotely looked like the intensity of the expulsions I’ve seen on other blogs. I have had the occasional extra bowel movement though and I am more regular than I’ve been in months.

But, I’ve heard how long it can take for the body to get going on these treatments and the floaties were something at least, so I’m going to stick with things. I’m going to get started on the Parasite Defense today too – all those little creepy crawlies that people seem to have floating around inside them – I could do to get rid of those while I’m at it. It was a no-brainer to order this once I saw the video on the dr floras site showing the worms. GHA!

http://www.DrFloras.com (scroll down to the bottom and click PLAY on the video )

If I get any more floaters, I’ll make sure to have a camera on hand though.

Day 12

I started taking the DrFloras Parasite Defense. I didn’t realize it was a stepped program. So on day 1 you take 1 pill, then day 2 you take 2 pills, and so on, all the way until you get to day 7 where you’re taking 7 pills. You continue to take 7 pills for a week, making it a total of 15 days of parasite cleansing.

Day 15

Oh my God! What an amazing day today was – that is if you consider a massive, disgusting intestine shaped stool amazing. Today, I had my first true mucoid plaque, the kind people have taken pictures of and posted on their own blogs and I couldn’t resist snapping a shot of it.

This is not only the most disgusting thing I have ever seen (look at it: it could be straight out of a horror flick), it is the largest stool I have ever passed and it just came out and sat there in the bowl, floating and creating one massive stench that I could hardly withstand.

I’ve read others sharing their photos at work with coworkers, and well, I just can’t see how you do that. I wanted to tell a coworker or something, but I was afraid of what they would think, hearing about this kind of thing and my bathroom habits. Luckily, I started this blog so I can share with all of you – this is truly incredible.

Mucoid Plaque - DrFloras Colon Cleanse - Day 15

Mucoid Plaque - DrFloras Colon Cleanse - Day 15

Day 19

No obscenely gross looking stool today or the past few days, but I continued my intake of the DrFloras products all the same and can already notice a major change starting to take hold as my bowel movements have picked up to once or twice a day, almost three times as often as they once came – it’s incredible.

The best part though is that I just don’t want to eat the same junk I’ve been ingesting on a regular basis. I usually partake of a sandwich between meetings for lunch, but the cart came through today and I decided to go with a salad instead and to skip my usual soda. If my diet was putting that kind of gunk in my gut, why would I want to add to it? It makes me a little nauseous to even think about it.
